ROSMARINSCONES- salta, söta och kryddiga

4 dl vetemjöl
2 dl rågflingor
1 dl havrekli
50 g flytande margarin
100g lätt kesella
2 tsk bakpulver
2 msk socker
1 tsk salt
1-2 tsk hackad färsk rosmarin
2 dl lätt naturell youghurt

1. Sätt på ugnen på 250 grader. Blanda mjölsorterna med margarin och kesella till en smulig blandning.
2. Tillsätt bakpulver, socker, salt och rosmarin. Häll i youghurten och knåda till en smidig deg.
3. Platta ut degen till en ca 3 cm tjock kaka. Ta ut rundlar med ett glas och lägg på plåt.
4. Grädda i 10 minuter.

Ät och njut med en kopp Te.
